We realize the vital importance of a greener and healthier future and as a participant of these programs, we aim to reduce waste and divert pollution in our own corporate vicinity. As a part of our environmental initiatives, we have implemented the practice and use of greener products and upgraded equipment to meet these standards. Our standards are in accordance with LEED (Leadership in Energy Environmental Design). Since all buildings who acquire LEED certification must adopt to greener cleaning practices. We continue to educate and inform property managers, superintendents, property owners and company owners of these guidelines in order to implement superior green cleaning programs. This also includes the proper disposal of goods and products with the use of biodegradable garbage bags and containers.
Aside from using environmentally certified products, we also adhere to the Environmental Choice Program and Green Seal Program. These programs demonstrate specific actions to limit toxicity, biodegradability and bring awareness on how to reduce a significant amount of bioaccumulation in water bodies, ground level ozone formation and depletion of stratospheric ozone.
Our Green Seal certified products include: non-ammoniated glass and multi-purpose cleaners, non-alkaline detergents, non-zinc floor finishes and non-harmful acid liquid cleaners to name a few. In addition, our highly skilled staff is trained to identify products that are designed for environmental benefit along with ensuring the proper measures to be taken in cleaning the assigned area, while delivering supreme quality service and results.
